More poppies 1918 - 2018

 I noticed whilst out on a run that the roads in a village I was going through had a soldier attributed to it.

 Every road.

 But when I turned the corner and saw the church I was amazed.

 But it didn't stop here













The poppies were simple and effective and the rest was moving.
















They led to the war grave in the church yard,















But it carried on

Amongst details about each soldiers life, some letters sent from the front line that had been kept by the families.

So respectfully done.

I went back at night to see it lit up.

I'd also seen in the paper another local church that had decorated outside so went to see it.

Their poppies were knitted or crocheted.

They also had information about their fallen soldiers in church.

But this said it all.
