That's a wrap cat

 Cog and the kitten (she's been a kitten for 5 years now!) are inseparable (except every time the cooking fat runs away but hey-ho!)

 And their favourite game together mostly involves gargantuan amounts of inertia.

 But sometimes things just have to be done.

 Fat Cat like to get involved but once she's realised it's all inedible she gives up and goes back to crying next to her food bowl.

 But this kitten is made of sterner stuff.

 She is not a kitten for turning.

 Unless it's turning around in a part wrapped parcel.

And never mind that she's about to lose the end of her tail.
