So how is it at exercise class when everybody else is pushing themselves as hard as they can and puffing and grunting away : my major thought is "not the skipping ropes, please don't go for the skipping ropes"

and the instructor says "grab a rope, 1 minute skipping as fast as you can"

Now I can skip really really fast but my damned pelvic floor doesn't feel the same way. Don't get me wrong: I don't have to get up in the night, I don't stop drinking early, and I can trampette away with the best of what is it with the skipping rope?!!
