Tornados and Calves

This week's Gallery is 'The Everyday'.  A photo not messed with, not photoshopped, just as it was.  Well this is last Thursday.

The tornado that passed through our local villages. Not my photo but it is a local one.

And just a few hours later it was a lovely warm evening, like it had never happened.
The poor little calves must have been terrified.  The little brown one is so small the meadow grass is past his  knees.

It was a lovely sunset. and from the iphone camera blurs and light flash you can see I've not tried to touch up.  It's just the way the day was.

If you're still in any doubt, have a look at this: I'd struggle to believe it happened myself if it wasn't for that fact that my work carpark is full of  cars with dented roofs and bonnets from the hail the size of golf balls and the fact that autoglass are booked solid for at least 2 weeks!
