It was another night of poking around the interthingy that found me here:
Customer to Hewlett Packard. "I have a problem with my laser cartridge. It stopped working. And the mouse is really stuck !"
Tech support. "Mouse ? How do you mean ?"
Customer. "Hang on, I will send you a picture........."
